Are there booking commissions?

Accepted Answer

No. BookingCore charges a fixed monthly or annual fee. No booking commissions. If you use Stripe Connect, Stripe applies its standard fees (~1.4% + 0.25€ in Europe) and BookingCore charges a 2% platform fee on the online amount charged.

Can I change plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro anytime. The change is immediate and prorated based on remaining days of the month.

What does assisted onboarding include?

Accepted Answer

A guided setup session with the FastCore team (60-90 minute video call). We configure your first location, rooms, packages, prices, schedules and web integration together. Included in annual and Lifetime plans.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Accepted Answer

The annual plan equals paying for 10 months instead of 12 (save 2 months). Annual plans also include the assisted onboarding session at no extra cost.

Is the Lifetime plan really for life?

Yes. With Lifetime, you pay once and have product access forever, no monthly fees. Price depends on agreed scope. Contact for custom quote.
